I build digital products. I’ve done it as a writer, a strategist, a technologist, and a product owner.

Today that means one thing: product management with a journalist’s curiosity and a sound designer’s ear.

Digital Product Owner for airline and loyalty. Before that, Strategist and Product for an insurance portfolio, and transforming higher education digital estate.

Roadmaps. Backlogs. Cross-functional teams. End-to-end app cycles from idea to App Store.

AI & Agentic Work

Right now I’m exploring agentic AI workflows and automation — the stuff that’s reshaping how products get built.

I’m running my own products through it. The wins and the failures are on this blog.

Creative & Production

Writer by trade, Masters in Journalism. Sound designer for film, TV and commercials. Voice-over, video, photography, and a long history in the electronic music scene.

The journey

Started in print — production editor on a magazine with a 260k circulation. Then film and TV production. Then the web found me, and I never looked back.
